A 501c3 Non-Profit Organization, The Tobias Project, Inc. has pledged to provide services to the Central Ohio minority community and its stakeholders. Our primary objective has been to educate, empower, and inform people of color about HIV/AIDS in a way that is both tangible and applicable, creating an environment that promotes prevention, safer social behaviors, and overall risk reduction.

We are constantly working to bring community resources together, and during our brief existence, financial support has come solely from the public sector. However, alongside our current grant funding, we now are in need of financial assistance to maintain and extend the community service work that is the mission of The Tobias Project from individual contributors, corporations and foundations. To this end, you and/or your company can help us by providing funds in the form of a grant/gift or by donating goods and services.

Research and statistics show that HIV infection among African-Americans and other minorities is increasing at an alarming rate. Your financial contributions will enable us to successfully fulfill our mission to assist a population that has been historically underserved, including, but not limited to: creating, ordering and distributing culturally-specific educational literature to minority individuals, agencies, businesses, and groups, addressing HIV/STD prevention through informative and interactive seminars and workshops, providing free and confidential HIV/STD tests with incentives for those who participate, promoting safer sexual practices for targeted at-risk minority populations, and sponsoring fun, safe and empowering social outlets for meaningful camaraderie among minorities. By sponsoring these events, your organization will be an asset in generating public awareness of HIV/AIDS and how its prevention benefits everyone, supporting and effecting true social change. All donations are 100% tax-deductible and will be acknowledged.
