L.I.V.E. Project Coordinator:
Victor Peoples , has worked with the Tobias Project since January of 2007. Currently Mr. Peoples is Program Coordinator for Umoja's Mpowerment Program which caters to young MSM ages 13-24 in the greater Columbus area. He is certified as a HIV tester/counselor. Born in Columbus, OH. Victor holds an associates degree from Ohio University in Business Management. License CCDC1 clinical chemical dependency counselor.
Victor is driven by mentoring his peers and others to the reality and pandemic that HIV/AIDS has on the African American community.

Syphilis Elimination Coordinator:
Chris Mullen joined Tobias in January 2006 to take on the Syphilis Elimination Program in conjunction with the Columbus Health Department. Chris brings expertise as a Phlebotomist and HIV tester and counselor.
A native of Buffalo NY, Chris has made his home here in Columbus. He hopes to mobilize the community as it relates to the seriousness and effects of Syphilis in Central Ohio.
